Look at the list of your galleries and folders. Do you want to change their order? You can simply drag any of them and drop in the right place. The same goes for photos. Drag one of them and drop it in a place you wish.

You can also drag a couple of galleries into one folder and even drag a couple of folders into one to organize photos from your travels.
